I can’t wait to share something new with you all—my podcast is officially launching this Spring! You know, my son always jokes, “My mother talks for a living,” and now I’m putting that mouth of mine to good use! I have spent years working alongside incredible leaders diving into leadership identity, and uncovering the tools that make leadership more about connection than position. Now, through this podcast, I want to bring all those lessons, stories, and reflections to you—directly.
If you’ve ever felt the power of an insightful conversation, you know the impact it can have. That’s what this podcast is all about: connecting with you, sharing real leadership lessons, and offering practical takeaways for everyday leadership challenges. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or someone just starting to step into leadership roles, I believe there’s something for everyone here. As an ENTJ (for those of you into personality types!), I’m always looking to break down the complexities of leadership and understand how things really work. For me, leadership is about clarity, growth, and continuously improving—not just for yourself but for everyone around you. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing leaders, coaching them through challenges, and helping them develop their identity as leaders. Now, I want you to be part of that journey, too.
I’m not here to simply talk about leadership in abstract terms.
